How do I get the most out of my ad? |

Title your ad wisely. "For Sale Cheap" might seem like a good idea, but anyone browsing ad titles won't have any idea what your ad is selling, and may not be adventurous to click it to find out. "Used SWF 1501c Embroidery Machine For Sale, Like New, Includes Software" not only gives a lot of info about the item for sale, it also uses many words that people would type into a search, either here on EmbroideryTrader or perhaps on Google. Search engines will list and rank your ad's page based on what your ad's title says. |

I created an ad, but it does not show up in search results. Why? |
|
You need to run your ad. Go to My Account and click on Run ad to the left of the ad you wish to run. The system will ask for your credit card information, and your ad will run as soon as your payment is processed. |

I sold my stuff. How do I stop my ad from running? |

From the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the ad. |

If you don't see a category listed, choose other. |

I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do? |

You can have all your personal information remain private. Update your personal privacy preferences from the My Account page. |

If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me? |
|
When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller anonymous via email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer. |
